The company has constructed approximately 150 homes throughout Sonoma County, as well as in Napa and Marin Counties, with over 50 homes built in the Fountaingrove area, 4 in Shiloh Estates, and many others scattered in the hills surrounding the Santa Rosa Valley.

While the focus has primarily been with residential new construction and remodels, the company has completed dozens of various tenant improvements of wineries, tasting rooms, restaurants, and commercial buildings. 

Being one of the more sought after contractors in the area, many of our clients have had the company build them second or even third homes as their needs changed.

That simple plan has paid dividends, as he works only through referrals, there is no advertising, no soliciting, current work comes only from past clientele. 

Rod was recently asked if he was proud of all of the homes he has built in the greater Sonoma County area, a legacy of sorts. He responded, while he was proud of his work, the real reward was in the dreams fulfilled and friendships he has made.
